KHM Travel Group Crystal Conference

In February 2026, I had the privilege of attending KHM Travel Group’s annual Crystal Conference aboard Norwegian Encore, which is a week dedicated to connection, education, professional growth, and celebrating some pretty incredible accomplishments within the travel industry.

We spent seven nights cruising the Caribbean alongside hundreds of fellow travel advisors, their guests, industry partners, and members of the KHM Travel Group team. Throughout the week, we attended classes, workshops, networking events, and supplier presentations designed to expand our knowledge of destinations, hotel and resort brands, cruise lines, airlines, and the newest travel experiences making their way onto Americans’ wish lists.

And, of course, we experienced the destinations ourselves! One of the highlights was spending the day in private villas on Norwegian Cruise Line’s private island in the Bahamas. It’s the kind of experience that allows me to better understand what I’m recommending when I help my own clients plan their vacations.

The highlight of this trip was the 2025 Crystal Awards Ceremony, held aboard Norwegian Encore on February 22, 2026.

I was incredibly honored to be recognized with the Pinnacle Diamond Award, an achievement that represents far more to me than a sales milestone or the beautiful crystal trophy I later received.

KHM Travel Group's Crystal Awards recognize travel advisors whose commissions earned from travel in 2025 placed them among the host agency's top producers. Winning a Crystal Award is a distinguished honor and represents the dedication, expertise, and passion required to build a successful career as a professional travel advisor.

Behind an award like this are countless hours of researching destinations, building itineraries, comparing resorts, solving problems, advocating for travelers, answering questions, managing the unexpected, and continually educating myself so I can provide my clients with the level of service they deserve.
